The Best Club in the Bag!




However, there is one item in my bag that won’t let me down and it’s my ball retriever. I know what you are thinking, a ball retriever isn’t really a club. That’s ok, it sits next to my clubs 365 days a year so it’s like an adopted member of the club family.

Now, I rarely use that club to find my own balls. I’m not saying that my balls don’t occasionally find the water, they do, but they are usually so far gone that I’d need scuba gear or some kind of all-terrain vehicle. No, I find other people’s golf balls. I find lots of them too.

Now there is some etiquette and little tricks to find balls on a golf course. Some courses have crystal clear water with sandy bottoms of their water hazards that make it very easy to spot a ball. This is amatuer hour. My course has pond like
